What dictates which rates must be published online and those that don't? Is there a resource that I can be directed to? We're entering into affiliation agreements and would rather not publish some rates as some of those may be deeply discounted. However, I thought that all rates should be published - and we have in the past.
Are there certain rates that you do not publish on the website? If so, were they still published in the catalog? What are the drawbacks to not publishing rate information?
Thank you for your help!
