    Greetings,

    I'm writing in regards to the gas card through Wex Bank. If anyone is currently using it; we'd appreciate talking with you about your processes, policies & procedures, and also hear your thoughts.

    We started using Wex sometime last fall and my AP person loves it.  We have some cards issued to specific individuals, and some cards assigned to specific vehicles (physical plant).  Bill comes promptly at the first of the month, you can log in anytime and see who has charged what.  We do require prior approval for travel so we can match their charges to their approved travel forms.
