Dear Colleagues –
The Financial Aid and Cashiers offices from the four universities that make up the University of Missouri System are working on redesigning business processes, some of which are connected to our student information system, PeopleSoft. We are hoping we can learn from other institutions who may have already tackled some of these processes and are asking that you participate in a survey we have developed that asks about very specific financial aid and student financials business processes. We anticipate the survey will take 10 minutes to complete. If you would like to receive the results of the survey, we would ask that you provide your email address. The results will be sent to you around December 15, 2018. We do hope you will provide feedback, as this work is challenging and anything that we can learn from our peers will be much appreciated.
